Trans, non-binary and genderqueer people exist and have always existed.

I have worked with trans, non-binary and genderqueer adults of all ages and at all stages of discovery, transition and expression.

I work with Autistic adults after all.

I write letters in support of medical transition for anyone 18 or older who asks. These are typically done in a single session. I will share what I’ve learned about what insurance companies typically look for, but then you decide what goes in the letter.
