“It was when I stopped searching for home within others and lifted the foundations of home within myself, I found there were no roots more intimate than those between a mind and body that have decided to be whole.”

Hi, I’m Stacey, and this is the most put together I ever look.
I love to stim by touching things to my face and lips.
I’m a therapist by trade, and something of a badass.
I love helping people be real and as fully present inside their own lives as they can be.
You might not feel all that connected to yourself right now. You might feel numb, depressed, or scared. You might prefer being disconnected. It could be that the only time you feel remotely alright is when you’ve completely checked out or have escaped into something else.
But you have a deep longing for something more and want to believe it’s possible for you.
I love exploring people’s experiences with them in real time, sharing new information, getting curious together, and discovering new pathways that lead to meaningful change.
You might be unsure about therapy or have a long history of it. If you’ve done therapy before, you might have felt as though it was missing something. You might want to go deeper and be scared of it too.
But you are willing to try because you need something to change and you haven’t totally given up.
I love sitting with people as they feel something real and helping them be able to feel it.
You don’t like feeling bad, but you may not feel good very much. You might feel intensely or hardly feel at all. You might not have words for what you feel. You might be all head and no body, or all bodily reaction and sensation.
But you are willing to learn how to be with all of your feelings, because you want to be alive and care about being self-responsible.
I love the people I work with. I love the work I do.
I would love to help you connect more fully with what you love.
“Have you grown tired?
Of feeling alone
Numb to the earth
And numb to the soul
Eyes wide open
Unafraid to be alive
You're living and you're breathing
Feels like, the very first time”
