Hi You,
The following love letters are written by me, but they speak as if from You, to You—except one which is from Mama (my word for the Great Mother of all things). I find these letters best received orally and have recorded them for your listening pleasure.
Below you will see a numbered list of the letters (1-29), each with three key words attached. These key words are meant to help you in selecting the letter you most need to receive right now. I’ve seen it work remarkably well. Take your time looking over the list and choose the one that most calls to you. Picking randomly works fine too.
The love inside these letters is Big. Receiving love can be a practice for some of us. It is okay if you can’t take it all in at once. Come back as often as you want. If you are only able to let in the slightest crack, it will be more than enough.
It is such a joy to lend my love to you. I hope you feel held by it. I hope you know a little more deeply that you aren’t alone.
These letters exist because of a practice I started during a time of tremendous darkness and pain. The love in them knows what it is to hurt. I hope it touches your heart and in so doing, brings you a little further into belonging.
